CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER(CEO)

Umesh Chandra Dalai hails from Orissa, born on 08th June 1970.  He took his B.Com Degree from the Sambalpur University of Orissa in April 1990 and by profession is a Company Secretary.He started up his carrier during the year 1994 with Apollo Hospital Enterprises limited one of the Indian premier health care industries and subsequently during the year 1997 joined Ram and Kumar Chartered Accountants one of the leading Chartered Accountants Firm in Chennai.

Even at the beginning of his career he started planning, designing promoting and implementing several medium & Large Scale Textile basically export oriented units, Hospitals and wind mill projects. With the able guidance of his senior and professional colleague he has worked with various aspects of laws which includes Foreign Exchange management, Foreign Trade Policies, Central excise, customs. Beside he has got wide exposure and working experience in management of  industrial relationship, strike, lock out, retrenchment and conciliation   proceeding, representing before industrial tribunal, High Court, Pollution control related issue, Rehabilitation and reconstruction of Sick companies by arranging appropriate remedial measure from BIFR and AAIFR.

Commensurate with need of time, he  never lag behind to shape all his clients business by timely guiding them on various issue of laws and standing with them in any kind of situation for further growth and advancement of their own time of business.

He is a man of extreme quality and perfect visionary to predict the clients business and way of conducting business in any circumstances.  His contribution to the growth of clients business is highly acceptable at all level of management. One of his dynamic professional characteristics is that he fits himself under any circumstances and acts and handles his clients matters professionally.

He is also instrumental in several  strategic joint venture with USA and Europe based foreign entrepreneur similarly he is also organized to bring foreign investment in India in association with his overseas counterpart and establishment of several foreign business houses in Indian SEZ area.

RABI NARAYAN PAL

Rabi Narayan did his Graduation in Commerce from Utkal University, Orissa. He also did his Graduation in Law from the same University and became Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, India and holder of Certificate of practice since October, 2000.

He began his career as Management Training with M/s.Ashok Leyland Limited in 1995 and with the practical experience has thereon successfully risen to handle multidimensional secretarial assignments.

Rabi Narayan Pal, is the Managing Partner of the Firm and apart from creating efficient structures and innovative solutions he also has the responsibility of managing key client relationships. He is actively involved in rendering of high value-added professional services and is the head of the Firm’s Transaction Advisory and Consultancy Practices.

He was the co-founder of M/s.Nagarajan & Rabi Associates, a firm of Company Secretaries.  Mr.Rabi Narayan, has considerable expertise in developing and managing the growth of organizations. He has significant industry experience in the areas of Laws and Regulations applicable to Companies, but not limited to FEMA and Securities Law, spanning more than a decade, of structuring and managing Listed Companies with Multi National Companies.

He is actively involved in various Compliance Management activities and has presented papers on various topics of professional interest on company law, exchange control laws and Regulatory audit.

He serves as Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

PUSPALATA RATH

Born on May 25, 1977  is  the Executive Director of the Company. She had a short stint with Academy of Management and Information Technology, promoted by Odisha Research and Development Centre, approved by Government of Odisha, Department of Higher Education before coming to Chennai way back 2002.

She has been allotted Licence by Insurance Regulatory &  Development Authority (IRDA) to act as Insurance Advisor under Insurance Act, 1938 and advising clients on adequacy of Insurance to recover from a disaster and/or unexpected event and resume or continue operations.

B.SETHURAMAN

Born on 30-06-1963, is a Graduate in Corporate Secretaryship from University of Madras and have more than Two decades in Accounts, Finance, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Labour Laws, Statutory like ESI, PF, Sales Tax etc., Appearing for Individuals and Corporate in Income Tax matters before ACIT /DCIT and CIT Appeals and ITAT. Handled Labour cases and appeared before DC and Commissioner Conciliation and Labour Court. Handled mergers/amalgamations of Companies.Handled Customs related issues before Additional Commissioner and Commissioner of Customs – Chennai

Head – Human resources (Operations) at Nokia India Pvt. Limited

July 2005 – October 2006

Leading the HR team for the Chennai factory, since inception, our team was responsible for building the factory team from zero level to a high volume factory.  Factory ramped from a few employees in July 2005, to approximately 2300 people in June 2006. All HR systems & processes implemented. Our biggest achievement was to develop a process for bringing pre trained technical team of technicians and operators in large numbers, who demonstrated high productivity levels compared to Nokia standards across the factories worldwide. Nokia Chennai was later positioned as a high volume factory in the Nokia world and HR team’s contribution was substantial.

Head – Corporate HR at Mahindra & Mahindra

August 2004 – July 2005

Responsible for Human Resources of the corporate center which houses mainly senior managers of various corporate functions like Finance, HR, Legal, Business Planning, Communications, IT etc. Also looked after the HR requirements of a new division Mahindra Auto components (MSAT).

Head – Human reosurces at Foseco India Limited, Pune

December 1997 – July 2004

Member of the management team and was Head (HR) for the Indian set up. Foseco was the leading Brand in the Chemicals division of Burmah Castrol, the other division being Lubricants (Castrol).  Foseco went through a comprehensive change management programme from 1997 onwards. We went through asset restructuring, new plant setup, introduction of new HR processes, culture & values building and IT enablement. As an active member of the Management Team which was responsible for the change program, my contribution has been valued. Particularly, culture & values building, and restructuring of the workforce (including Unionised workforce) were my contributions.

We also successfully ensured the voluntary dissolution of the union at our Pondicherry plant.  It is also notable that during this time Foseco went through a acquisition, sale and also MBO. I had the opportunity to handle the due diligence and all management communications during these changes.

Sr Manager – Human Resources (Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Pune)

September 1993 – December 1997

Heading HR for two divisions – (Auto components and large engines). Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited or KOEL, embarked on an institution building program subsequent to leadership change, during early nineties. I was fortunate to be part of the HR and senior management team which was spearheading this program. We introduced a formal culture development program and also went through several strategic business initiatives and supportive HR processes. My personal contribution through this period were a) to introduce a new PMS more focused on high performance selections, b) design, develop and implement a competency based development centre for senior managers and c) revamp the GET program with specific focus on improving the campus image. Earlier with: BPL India Bangalore, GE INTERSIL (India),Mumbai and Bharat Electronics Bangalore.

Mr. M.M Yousuf, brings with him vast experience of more than 30 years in the Indian Pharma industry.

He has vast knowledge in Drugs and Cosmetic Act and all other related Acts. He is also exposed to latest technology prevailing in the pharmaceutical field. He also brings with him expertise for regulations in export and import of Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals, Ayurvedic, Herbal and other allied products.

Mr. M.M Yousuf, also well versed in development of dossiers for export purposes for various countries. He has also been instrumental and played a pivotal role in setting up WHO -GMP certified manufacturing plants and has also successfully launched a US FDA factory in Chennai. He is also well versed with Quality control Inspection, Maintenance of records and registers for the same. He is also well networked in the pharma industry in Chennai and is capable of arrnaging for clinical trials and Bio Equivalency studies.  His vast experience in the pharma field provides our company with the right tools to cater to our customer requirements.

Mr. M.M Yousuf was awarded in 2006, “INDIAN PHARMACIST OF THE YEAR” by the IPA (Indian Pharmaceutical Association) from the Governor of Tamilnadu. One of the most prestigious awards for a pharmacist in the country and was selected amongst all pharmacists across India for this honour. He has also conducted and headed many international and national level pharmaceutical conferences and seminars.

CHARTERED ACCONTANT Commerce graduate (1980-83)   and pursued Chartered Accountancy Course between 1983-1986 and passed my final exam held in Nov 1986

Born in 1963 at Alavidangan, Sivaganga District with Agriculture back ground. After Elementary education in his native village, he had School education at St.Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Madurai. CA.Raja had further studies at St Xavier’s Higher Secondary School and St Xavier’s College ,Palayamcottai affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University,Tirunelveli.

Started practice in the year 1986 as Chartered Accountant, specialized in Audit and Direct Taxation (both Original and Appellate side), Service Tax and project finance and having clienteles from Pharma Manufacturing and Marketing, Auto Anciliary Manufacturers, Machinery Manufacturing and erection,  Manufacturers of Paper,Property Developers and Builders,Multi Specialty Hospitals, Chemical and Fertilizer Industry,Port Trust, and Educational institute etc.

We are rendering trademarks related service for many software companies, online travel agents, super markets, mobile show-rooms, online building portals etc. we are also advising many construction companies, sound recording companies and publishing companies in managing their intellectual portfolios.  We are also regularly doing trademark litigation centered at Madras High Court and appearing before Intellectual Property Appellate Tribunal relating to rectification of Trademark and revocation of Patent.
